Subscriptions
Open Settings → Plan & Usage to see your server-verified plan and monthly usage, restore purchases, or open Apple's subscription management sheet. Purchases must be restored while signed in to the Smort account that should receive the plan.
Apple handles charges and refunds. You can manage or cancel at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Monthly AI limits
AI creations and cloud grading have separate monthly allowances. Smort warns near 80% usage and shows the reset date in Plan & Usage. Core reviews, manual content, imports, local grading, and Apple voice playback remain available after an AI allowance is reached.
Account and data
Smort AI and other online services require an internet connection. A fresh install creates and reviews its first card before asking you to sign in. A Smort account is required after that; Cloud Sync remains optional for the device. Your local learning remains on the device when you sign out. Account deletion is available in Smort Account settings; it does not cancel an App Store subscription.
Community safety and takedowns
Open a Community Deck's actions menu to report that exact version or block its publisher. Reports can cover personal information, abusive or unsafe content, copyright, incorrect content, or another concern. For legal notices, urgent safety concerns, or a report you cannot submit in the app, email support@getsmort.app with the Community Deck title and identifier if available. Do not include passwords, verification codes, API keys, or unrelated private study content.
Publishers can choose Make Private from their Deck details. Smort retries removal if a device is temporarily offline; the local Deck is not deleted while that request is pending. Previously downloaded copies remain on the recipient's device.
